SAME CHEESE, NEW PACKAGING 'Not Just a Pasta Cheese' has become 'Vegetarian Pasta Cheese'
This cheese is made from unpasteurised cows’ milk and is matured for about 15 months. When stored in greaseproof paper, inside an airtight container in the fridge, it will last for 5 months from opening. It may also be frozen, either as a whole or in grated form.

Contains cow's milk, vegetarian rennet, salt and egg protein.

Bought a wedge at the Good Food Show this weekend and tried for the first time (on a pasta bake) tonight - it's just as good as I hoped. This will open up a whole new range of recipes to try out!
The next things to try and make: pesto.
I'm sure if you made jars of veggie friendly pesto (basil / tomato or red pepper) with this cheese it would fly off the e-shelves!
Wish I'd bought a few more to freeze!
The first truly vegetarian parmesan type cheese that I have found! Not quite as hard as normal parmesan but grates well and lasts well even when it has been grated. Recommended on Delia Smith's website - that is how I first came to order some and I have passed the details onto other family members who are also vegetarian.
This cheese grates well and tastes delicious. It is very close to traditional parmesan. Also freezes well.
I must tell you,It is the first time that we have tried your cheeses, both the "Not Just A Pasta Cheese" and "Sussex Charmer" and they are simply divine. Family and Friends are in for a treat this Christmas with our Cheese Board.
