my boyfriend brought me back some susex charmer from a weekend away. I thought I'd died and gone to dairy heaven. Who could ask for a better cheese? The icing on the cake was the punning on the wrapper!

We all love this cheese. It is one of the best cheeses I have ever tasted. We use it for everything not just pasta dishes. Any chance of a low fat version or would that spoil the taste?

I must tell you,It is the first time that we have tried your cheeses, both the "Not Just A Pasta Cheese" and "Sussex Charmer" and they are simply divine. Family and Friends are in for a treat this Christmas with our Cheese Board.
