Your Sussex Charmer cheese is truly lovely. It has a depth of flavour which is very pleasing. It works well in place of either parmesan or cheddar and is delicious in its own right.

Delighted to find it in the delicatessen section of our local Sainsbury's, so we don't need to keep it just for best any longer. A larger size option would be good. Also a resealable packet?

We use it grated on pizzas, shaved on pasta, melted in fondues, sliced in sandwiches and cubed for crackers. My kids love it as it has a good flavour but not overpoweringly strong like a farmhouse cheddar.

It's not cheese time, but I'm going to have to go and grab a sneaky chunk with a cherry tomato right now.
