Delia Smith has recommended our 'Not Just a Pasta Cheese' as a Vegetarian alternative for Parmesan. We used to call it Vegetarian Parmesan but have had to change its name due to European Laws. We are also very proud to announce that our Ravioli and Butter have been awarded Gold Awards at the Great Taste Awards 2009, making it five years in a row in which our products have been awarded this Gold standard.
Bookhams are a Sussex based, family run company. At Bookhams, we pride ourselves on sourcing as many ingredients as possible locally and according to season. Selling direct to the public at Farmers' Markets has enabled us to gain a real feel for what people want and allowed us to tap into a rich and diverse pool of primary producers, many of whom have worked alongside us to create an authentic but adventurous product range, aimed at time-poor consumers looking for "convenience foods with a clear conscience."
